As members of the National Association Of Tax Preparers (NATP) Our Preparers are always indulging in Continuing education. We have also obtained the Annual Filing Season Program certification, Circular 230 and ethics training as well as several others. We never stop learning.
Individual simple tax returns start at 199.00 dollars and range to 399.00. This includes returns that have dependents and up to four W2's. We can file up to 3 years prior. You have the option to pay with Credit/debit/ACH or pay out of your refund if you are receiving one.
Business returns start out at 600.00 dollars. Your individual and self employed returns are filed together. You have the option to pay with Credit/debit/ACH or pay out of your refund if you are receiving one.
Need an amendment to a prior years return? Our fee starts at 250.00 dollars. We will need the entire completed tax return. You can pay your invoice by credit/debit/ACH.
Audit protection is available at an additional purchase in the amount of 92.00. This is an additional measure of security to protect your return.
Identity theft protection is also available for an additional purchase in the amount of 89.95.
Clients who choose to file electronically will be charged 18.00 for the transmission fee, 30.00 for the service bureau fee, 13.00 for the tech fee, 39.95 for the Bank fee, 20.00 for the electronic file fee, and 14.00 for the document prep fee totaling 134.95. These fees are in ADDITION to the preparer fee. These are fees that are automatically incorporated in filing electronically to offer clients with a quicker refund. Mailing in completed returns will not be charged any ADDITIONAL fees, but will take 6-8 weeks to process and do not have the option to receive a refund advance.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a business owner or self employed your profit & loss statement (P&L) MUST be attached to your submission or your expense breakdown sheet. If you don’t have one we can provide you with one for you to fill out. We will NOT calculate & breakdown your expenses for you. If the information you provide to use is incomplete or not correct we will not be able to file your taxes.
